I've been affiliated with State Farm since 1992, bringing decades of experience and industry knowledge to our agency. Together, our office has over 35 years of combined insurance experience, allowing us to provide knowledgeable, personalized service to our customers. I'm a proud Ohio University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
Community involvement and professional leadership are important to me. I'm a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and have previously served as a trustee for Adena Health System and Scioto Valley Youth League. Throughout my State Farm career, I've also qualified for Ambassador Travel, National Convention, and Legion of Honor recognition.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
