"I was frustrated and angry over a significant increase in premium. Victoria at Chad Harris location was empathetic and explained the details to me. Even though their office tends to get busy, she managed to still get back to me in a timely manner. While I'm not happy with the increase, I appreciate her professionalism and thoroughness in providing me all the information I needed. After doing my own research and price comparisons, I confirmed that the increases in insurance are unfortunately happening everywhere and are beyond the control of individual associates. I was ready to drop State Farm but due to Victoria's great customer service, I realized I'm happy staying with them. I hope the powers that be at State Farm see this review and reward Victoria of the Chad Harris office accordingly."

"We are sorry you feel this way. For perspective, each insurance company has a range of risk which is acceptable to them; from very low risk to very high risk. An insurance company reviews the level of risk before accepting it – and continues to review the risk at each renewal period. In Ohio, consumers are fortunate that there is an insurance company for most every risk…but not all insurance companies accept every risk. The risk is often determined by a person’s driving record and/or the person or household’s history of claims. The best rates are offered to those with the best driving record and best claim history. When a driving record or claim history reflects an above average frequency of incidents…the risk level changes and, at times, may no longer be eligible. The determination to accept or continue to insure a risk is determined solely by the insurance company, not by a customer service representative, agent or agency. We wish you all the best moving forward."
